Refund policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@becoya.co.uk and include your order number in your message.
Returns sent back to us without prior contact will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic and personal care products.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
